Consent

By installing or using the Licensed Application you agree to be bound by the terms of this privacy policy, permitting the Licensed Application to process data provided by you on the legal basis of consent. If you do not agree to the terms of this privacy policy, do not use the Licensed Application and uninstall it from any devices on which it is installed.

Data Collection, Usage, Storage & Disclosure

All data you enter in the Licensed Application (referred to as "App Data") is stored only on your iOS device and in iCloud under your iCloud account. The Application Provider does NOT have access to your App Data.

The Licensed Application may collect non-personal information such as your device type, device identifier, operating system, language preferences, and time zone — to determine application logic and improve the experience. If you choose to use Location Based reminder functionality, location information may be collected to provide those reminders.

If you contact the Application Provider for support via email, please do not include sensitive or personally identifiable information. Your email will be stored on a third-party mail server and used to respond to your enquiry, provide support, and inform you of app updates. You may opt out at any time by emailing us with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE, or request deletion of your message with the subject DELETE. Your email will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary to protect the Application Provider's legal rights.

Right to Erasure

App data is retained on your iOS device and in iCloud under your account. To delete device data, uninstall the Licensed Application. To opt out of iCloud storage, go to Device Settings → iCloud and disallow the Licensed Application from storing data in iCloud.

Right to Data Portability

You may export your data in both human-readable and machine-readable formats. To export, go to App → Settings → Data and tap the export icon. The Application Provider assumes no responsibility for exported files.

Under 18

The Licensed Application does not verify the age of its users. Individuals under 18 may only use the application with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians should contact the Application Provider if a user under 18 has provided personal information via email so it can be deleted.

The Application Provider may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted at cyclicsighing.com along with the last revised date.
